Perhaps you are wondering: besides gluten, what else can you not find in our cookies? Being vegan, our gluten-free cookies do not contain dairy, eggs, trans fats, hydrogenated oils, cholesterol, animal ingredients, artificial ingredients, refined sugar, and soy. And yet, they still taste like the traditional baked goods!
