It states that the item is free from gluten from the following grains and grasses: amaranth, barley, buckwheat, corn, kamut, millet, oats, quinoa, rye, spelt, triticale, and wheat. We send our gluten-free cookies to a lab to be tested on a regular basis. They have all tested below 5 ppm.

We use aluminum-free baking powder in all our cookies. It also contains corn, which is GMO-free.
I want to order from your original line of cookies, too. Where can I find them?
Due to our Gluten-Free Policy, we invoice, pack, and ship original and gluten-free cookies separately. Both have a 3-pack/15-cookie minimum but at different prices. You can order our original line (cookies with wheat) from our main website.
Will my cookies be fresh when they arrive at my door?
YES! We only keep a small supply of cookies on-hand, so they always ship out extremely fresh. We have a small facility and we keep only a few batches of cookies on hand, so what you receive will be fresh.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
As we ship via FedEx, your order should arrive at your home within two to seven business days, depending where you live (excluding Sundays). We still ship to Canada through USPS so you won’t have to pay an extra fee once your cookies arrive at your door.
Will you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
We do and those orders will be sent through USPS instead of FedEx.
Will you ship to another country outside the US or Canada?
Unfortunately, at this time we ship only to the United States and Canada. The only thing we might suggest is if you have a friend here in the States that would be willing to order. We could ship to them (a US address), and then you could arrange amongst yourselves the shipping involved in getting them to your country. We do hope that one day we will be able to ship worldwide. We need to make sure we can get fresh, unbroken cookies to travel that far.
Why won’t you ship to P.O. boxes?
USPS is the only carrier legally permitted to deliver mail to P.O. boxes, and as such, we cannot provide tracking numbers and guarantee the delivery. We have had instances of lost or damaged packages, so we are striving to eliminate these possibilities.
Do you ship orders to Iraq, etc.?
You can place an order and have it shipped to an APO address. Generally we don’t ship worldwide but we do for military addresses.
Why is there no expiration date on the cookies?
Our cookies do not contain preservatives. Unrefrigerated, their shelf life is 8 weeks. Refrigerated, they can last up to 2-3 months. Some stores refrigerate and some don’t, and this is why we can’t put expiration dates on them.
Where can I find your cookies? Why don’t you have a store locator on your website?
We do not have a store locator on our websites because of the stiff competition, especially with our niche being very specific. However, we will be glad to help you look for cookies near you. Just send us an email with your city or nearby cities and we will look up stores that have our cookies available in those areas.
