Ordering through this website is for CONSUMERS ONLY. If you would like to order for your store, please call us toll-free at 888.488.9725. If you are a consumer who would like to buy from a store, send us an email with your city or nearby cities and we will locate stores near you.
Currently, we sell and ship only in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), Canada, and military addresses. Orders are shipped from our only facility in Sacramento, California by FedEx within the US and by USPS to Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes. [simple_tooltip content=’USPS is the only carrier legally permitted to deliver mail to P.O. boxes, and as such, we cannot provide tracking numbers and guarantee the delivery. There is an additional $30 charge for orders shipping to Canada to cover the extra costs involved.
We ship Mondays thru Fridays only, except on holidays. Our facility is closed on the weekends. If you complete check out before 12 noon, your order will be shipped on the same day, otherwise it will be shipped on the next business day. Orders to the east coast will take 5-7 business days, excluding the day it ships out.
We sell our cookies in packages of 5, and there is a 3-package (15-cookie) minimum. If you order less than the minimum amount, there is a minimum order charge, so you are best off ordering at least 3 packages.
